For hypothyroidism you need to prescribe your medicines from doctor you can consult me on practo respectively. For vertigo you need to consult a ENT doc he will test what the root of your problem is. And take IFA for 3 months for low haemoglobin

Please provide a CBC report also. Take Tab iron- folic acid - 1 tab - once daily- drink plenty of water Take your thyroid medication on time. If vertigo is present. What are your BP,RBS, Latest thyroid test reports. Please this information is needed. Do consult! Stay healthy!

Yes, they can be linked. A TSH of 37.6 means your thyroid is very underactive. That can affect the inner ear and nerves, adding to dizziness and poor balance. An underactive thyroid also commonly causes anaemia. Low haemoglobin also makes you lightheaded. So all three problems may share one root. Treating the thyroid usually improves energy, haemoglobin and dizziness over a few weeks to months. True spinning can also come from the inner ear itself, so it still deserves its own check.
