"Your symptoms of upper abdominal and back pain, along with occasional acidity and a feeling of shaking, could be related to several issues, such as gastritis, a digestive disorder, or possibly even a musculoskeletal issue. It's important to follow up with a healthcare provider to get a detailed examination and accurate diagnosis. In the meantime, try to avoid foods that trigger acidity, eat smaller, more frequent meals, and consider using antacids or other over-the-counter remedies to manage the symptoms. For a thorough evaluation and personalized treatment plan, please consult with a gastroenterologist or another specialist who can address your concerns more directly."
