Healthy afternoon sir, The following tests are recommended for an initial laboratory evaluation: CBC, and differential iron deficiency anaemia, urinalysis, urine culture- kidney infection or renal disease, hyperthyroidism. Eat smaller meals more often, adding healthy snacks between meals. Add extra calories to meals with cheese, nuts and seeds. Add protein to your meals with beans, pulses, fish , eggs and lean meat Have snacks that are easy to prepare, such as yoghurt or rice puddings Build muscle with strength training or yoga - exercise can also improve appetite .

Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. I am happy to know that you are so much concerned about her health. Firstly we need to check her nutrition intake in regular diet. If there is any nutritional deficiencies then we need to work on them. Weight is just not the parameter for fitness if she feels energetic and lively. Since you mentioned she feels weak most of the times, then we need to work on her eating habits. Does she have good gut health?
Next Steps
Before doing any test, we can do nutritional Screening for her and then I can recommend you the required blood work to be done
