I have both side under rib cage pain... and i have gas problem too...pain is just like something hold that place tightly.. what is that... how to cure it naturally?

Take plenty of water avoid spicy oily foods eat at regular intervals dont be on empty stomach fr long Antacids will give u relief but dont be dependent on it better to follow healthy life style nd avoid excess anxiety nd tension
