Hello ma'am... my problem is that m not able to lose weight after doing exercise m gaining weight ... pls suggest something that I can lose weight easy n fast ...

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Provide me complete information of ur height, weight, physical activity, madical history, family history, diet history, veg or nonveg. Start exercise and walk early morning and evening. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add more fluids whole day. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.

Eat homemade healthy food . Nowadays prblm is junk sweets , outside fried food, unhealthy salty snacks and soda drinks stay hydrated . Eat more fruits n vegetables daily .. start making healthy choices n you will get best health n shape as a bonus . Eat well live Nutrigenious.

Hello - if u are doing all not loosing weight - i need your diet recall / medical history/ lifestyle/ working pattern/ food preference. - randomly i can not sugest any diet that is also u are allready following diet -  i have to find out root cause for better result - connect with us through practo account for custamised diet plan and guidline for effective weight loss - 1 diet will not work need to change every 15 days or 1 week
