Yes , there is way that REBT ( RATIONAL EMOTIVE BEHAVIOUR THERAPY) .REBT is one the best way to develop logical thinking. If you don't want to disturb in that case logical thinking wouldn't alone do much but you have to work on your behaviour and emotions too . being emotional is not problem but overly emotional ( emotionally disturbance) is problem as it would stop us to solve our  practical problems.

It's good that you have identified that you are emotional person. There are different ways to manage emotions. Basic way is to acknowledge your emotions and name them. To be practical you need to analyse every day the situations where you were emotional and how you could have been practical. Identify what triggers stop you from being practical and work on them. All the best
Next Steps
Follow as mentioned and also consult a psychologist
Health Tips

Managing emotions through a combination of logical reasoning and breathwork can be a powerful approach. When facing intense emotions, take a moment to analyze the situation logically. Ask yourself: What triggered this emotion? Is the intensity of my reaction proportionate to the situation? Are there alternative perspectives or explanations for what happened? Pairing logical reasoning with breathwork enhances its effectiveness. As you engage in deep breathing: Inhale slowly, focusing on the calming rhythm. Exhale intentionally, releasing tension and stress. During each breath, logically remind yourself of the broader context and potential solutions. The combination of logical thinking and intentional breathing creates a harmonious strategy for emotional management.
