I'm unable to be happy in life and I'm way too sensitive. I feel anxious and I've been diagnosed with asthma as well.

I think you are suffering from anxiety and depression. It needs Professional guidance. Do not worry at all. Asthma also causes from anxiety . Consult me or any Psychologist for proper help.

Hello Dear I hope you are doing fine. From what you have written it seems like you are going through a lot of worry. However, you been to get in touch with a psychologist/ therapist to get a deep and understanding of what is going on with you and help you live a more fulfilling life. Hi, low confidence, indecisiveness, can cause anxiousness. Not like the present situation at the same time anxious about change. so naturally, people will be feeling sad.

Hi It looks like something is bothering you and you are feeling anxious. To feel better consult a psychologist and talk about what is bothering you and what is making you feel anxious. With a psychologist you can also talk about asthma. Do not worry with counseling sessions you will feel better.

Hi, Our thoughts, self-belief and esteem sometimes need a little polishing and non-judgemental support. Allergies and breathing difficulties can sometimes be somatic symptoms of psychological or emotional distress. If you are unable to feel joyful, happy or excited it is a good idea to talk to a mental health professional. Trying to do it on your own will be very difficult, taking professional support will be helpful in getting through the tough time you are going through.

Hi....Please start taking Counselling Sessions. Psychological struggles do start manifesting in various forms of physical health issues if they are not addressed at the right time. Being emotional or sensitive has nothing to do with being happy or sad. But not able to deal effectively with who you are as a person and what your environment requires you to be, may become a cause of concern. Remember, we can always learn to mold ourselves in such a manner that the environment becomes more conducive or at least we adjust better in it, without completely changing who we really are.
