Due to high triglycerides avoid junk food and oily food, sweets, candy, fried food, salty food,. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Avoid table salt, change oil every 3months. Use oil as mix form. Avoid saturated fat.
