Only second trimester is safe for extraction or any surgery , invasive works . Still you should consult your gynecologist before going for such treatment in pregnancy or else it's better to postpone it and plan after some time of delivery.

Hello, Local anaesthesia is usually safe during pregnancy. It's the x-ray,trauma, blood loss and medication and chance of infection that needs to be considered while extraction during pregnancy. It is generally advised to get extractions done before or after pregnancy, unless it's symptomatic, and done during the 2nd trimester of the pregnancy.
Next Steps
Consult with your gynecologist and your dentist whether the extraction is an emergency or can be avoided till the end of pregnancy.
Health Tips
Do not suffer through the pain and rely on over the counter medications in case of pain. Consult your gynaecologist and dentist to guide you better.

2nd trimester is the safest period to get your extraction done. But if it’s not an emergency you can delay and get it done after pregnancy.
