Good noon, first of all we wanted to know how much protein your consuming in a day, may be you feel its high, sometimes your not meeting your adequate protein value, so kindly mention here what kind of protein your choosing, and another thing why you wanted to build your muscle, its like passion? Or making yourself for any competition? According that you can improve your protein, bodybuilders can take protein 2:1 ratio, means 2g protein for one kg, for that we need proper guidance, when to consume and what to consume, and how to flush out properly, so you need a proper counseling about it

Hello, According to the Recommended Dietary Allowance a normal person's protein  requirement is  only 1gm/kg of his/her current body weight. And each 1g of protein is providing 4kcal as same as the carbohydrates provides. So, on this behalf you should calculate your protein need and must take a help of professional dietitian for the same.
