Check his Vitamin B12 levels. If deficient then give Nurokind OD: 1 tab once daily after meal for 2-3 months. Give diet rich in vitamin b12 like fish egg meat etc Apart from that also check the Vitamin D levels.. if deficient give Uprise D3 60 K cap once a week for 8 weeks. Can consult a neurologist or can consult under Practo for further evaluation.
