Teeth problems

Hi, I observed some dirt in my son's molars which I couldn't remove by brush.. Wanted to check if - 1) is there any reason to worry considering his age? 2) whether molars are permanent unlike milk teeth or children shed molars as well?

no sir there no worry but you have to go through the dental checkup once since your child having the all milk teeth and in this age group there chances of dental caries because milk teeth are more prone to dental caries...thanks regards

Photograph is not clear. Consult your dentist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Always visit your dentist once in 6 months for check up.

The picture is not very clear. Plz visit a pedodontist who'll check u r child's teeth and advice whether fillings are required. The primary molars  exfoliate but will have to be maintained in mouth till the child is 10 to 11 yrs age.
