If you have toothache that might be due to caries and it will not be resolved by using any toothpaste you need to visit the dentist and get the required treatment done before the caries progress and furthur destroy the tooth..

The black marks can either be stains or caries i.e decayed tooth. Visit a dentist who will guide u whether scaling (cleaning) or filling had to be done. Later u can go for any good tooth paste that contains flourine

If you have cavities then you need to get fillings done. No toothpaste can cure cavities once they have started . After a regular dental check up and required treatment you can maintain at home using any good fluoridated toothpaste twice a day
