Hi, I just started taking vitamins and supplement pills, I take - collagen pill - bcaa pill - evening primrose pill - daily women multi vitamin pill - glutathione pill And stretch in between a whole day, I drink up my mass gainer supplement shake to gain extra weight to build muscle as I do workout daily. Is it safe?
