No need to worry its normal only..due to heavy infection it's causing swelling once they are done with second sitting it will subside along with tablets.

Hello, Warm regards. Pre treatment swelling takes a few days to settle even with root canal therapy. Once the root canal therapy is in the completion your child may feel better.
