Hello, sometimes swelling after extraction is seen, it is normal until any other issue intervenes 1. Warm saline rinses 5-7 times a day for   a week 2. Take the prescribed medicine given by your dentist ( if not book my consultation, I'll need more information about your condition and will prescribe medicine for swelling and pain)
Next Steps
warm saline rinses
Health Tips
avoid eating hard food items from that side, stick to soft food

Yes, some swelling is normal after having a wisdom tooth extracted. Swelling usually peaks around the second or third day after the procedure and then gradually subsides. Applying ice packs to the affected area can help reduce swelling, as well as following any post-operative instructions provided by your dentist or oral surgeon.
Health Tips
Apply ice packs and maintain good oral hygiene.
