Suspecting UTI
Please look at the report screenshot attached. I suspect if I have UTI, as I suffer from severe lower abdomen pain and cramps. Also I noticed brownish discharge and dark colored urine even when I'm not on my periods.

Drinks plenty of water.if not severe can take a course of antibiotics.If severe or dark urine doesnot subside then you should consult local urologist.

At this stage, I would advise increasing fluid intake, maintaining proper hygiene, and avoiding holding urine. You can take Tab Paracetamol 500 mg for pain if needed. For urinary burning or discomfort, Syrup/Tab urinary alkalizer (like potassium citrate) can help symptomatically. However, instead of starting antibiotics blindly, it is better to first do a urine culture test to confirm infection.
Since you also have brown discharge and cramps, you should get a gynecological evaluation, including pelvic examination and possibly an ultrasound if symptoms persist.

Based on your symptoms and R/E urine report following will be the most important differential diagnosis:
1) Kidney/bladder stones
2) Urinary tract infection
Your urine has a small measurable amount of blood which can be present in both above mentioned conditions.
Leucocyte esterase is positive on the other hand WBCs are not in significant number in microscopy.

In the meantime you can start the following medications:
1) Syrup alkasol 10 ml mix with 1 glass of water and drink thrice daily
