Hello sir ...      you need root canal treatment for that tooth  immediately ,which is followed by crown placement.......kindly visit nearby dentist for furthur managemnt....

Certainly an endodontic treatment (RCT) is necessary, following which a crown . A post and core may be required depending on the remaining tooth structure after rct .
