Hi I am a psychitrist and I would advise you to follow these tips first Sleep disturbances are common due to some kind of stress( obvious or not). Try to sit back and reflect on what has changed in the last few days that is constantly worrying you. Try to follow a sleep hygiene such as 1. No tea, coffee, beverages after 4 pm 2. Use the bed for sleeping ONLY. No other activities should be done on bed such as eating, watching, using phone, or just laying around. (The brain gradually conditions itself to sleep as soon as you touch the bed) 3. No phone, electronics 30 mins before going to bed( blue light from gadgets impairs our circadian rhythem) 4. Try to read a boring book by sitting on a chair or elsewhere.. go to the bed only when you start feeling extremely sleepy eg- when you start to fall off the chair. If sleep vanishes after you go to the bed, once again go to the chair and start reading. 5. You can try listening to slow calm relaxing music such as "water waves" 6. Try aerobic exercises in the morning. If doing exercises at night- try doing light stuff like stretching or yoga. 7. You can have hot water bath before going to bed (avoid immediately after meals) 8. Drink lassi, chaas, warm milk before sleeping ( it has tyrosine which helps in sleep)
Next Steps
If these behavioural methods dont work then you can consult a proper psychiatrist who can prescribe medications.

Do you have some stress? Has this happened first time? Please share above information. Try taking tab alprazolam 0.25mg one ,when you are ready to sleep. There should be no disturbance after taking the tab. otherwise you will feel very uncomfortable. Avoid taking it for long, as it does cause habituation. Try to keep yourself busy creatively,  do some meditation and pranayam daily.
