Hi. I got little sprain in shoulder due to swimming. Putting ice pack. Which ointment i can use overnight?

Just apply heating pad on the place where you feel pain introduce swelling and pain undo normal exercise just move your hands slowly slowly everyday

Apply ice pack for 10 minutes 2-3 times per day. U can also use volini jel but after that must consult physiotherapist because there is sprain which is not cured without physiotherapist.

Do 4 to 6 mins hot and cold therapy after that apply omni gel or any other gel with soft hand over the area

You can use Topfenac oil.. it will help you.. do gentle massage with this oil.. First put ice pack for 7-8 min (not more than 10 min) after that apply this topfenac oil and leave it for 10-12 min (do not cover it with any cloth or crepe bandage)

1st u should rest your shoulder joint.apply ice and consult near physiotherapist.
