Hi  Spearmint  to help alleviate symptoms of nausea, indigestion, gas, headache, toothache, cramps, and sore throat. It has Phytotherapy and suggests that drinking two cups of Spearmint tea  a day, for 5 days could reduce the level of androgens in women with hirsutism.   So please stop this tea .

Keep changing foods ...don't stick to one particular food / drink ... variety.. Have anything in moderation and not recommended to have anything too much or too less.. Too much of anything is bad enough for both mind and body..
Next Steps
not to pump the system continuously with the same variety.. allways keep changing foods to have the overall complete benefit of all the nutrients present in that particular food / drink variety.. thankyou
