For your gym workouts and hypothyroidism, it's best to prioritize getting protein from natural food sources like lean meats, fish, legumes, and dairy. Protein powder can be used as a supplement if needed, but consult your healthcare provider to ensure it aligns with your health condition and overall dietary needs.

Protein from natural foods is recommended. If you are a vegetarian, you will need proper planning of the diet for that. Please do not overdo the workout as it will be affecting your thyroid gland. Do workouts for 40mins max.
