Problem in C 4,5,6. Nerve is pressed because of this. Back swelling and swelling in face. Pain in hands and back and chest. Back Muscle spasm. Gaining weight now. Very less sleep.

I think you need to go to MRI CERVICAL to better understand the severity level of this condition. So that we can know weather it can controled by physiotherapy or need to meet orthopaedic surgen. Meanwhile you can start physiotherapy to get some relief.

U will need a detailed examination and plenty of investigations. Thyroid must be checked. Mri cervicle spine will be required as last investigation but most importantly, to rule out spine problems.

Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs . Core Strengthening Exercises. Take frequent Breaks at work Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

As per your complain the pain it seems to b originating from cervical spine. As the pain s referring to chest it suggest that scalene muscle myofascial pain associated with it. first you need to consult a good physiotherapist who will assess your condition then only treatment can be planned. you cn call me also.

Please consult Ortho surgeon and examine for muscle spasm and xrays to be taken for knowing the status of cervical spine. Get BP also checked. Treat accordingly.
