Backpain since 4-5 days
Sir what to do I am having backpain past 4 -5 days ...Past 2 days I had to write an exam for which I sat about 1hrs after which I felt severe pain and got bed rest even I haven't done any excercise or anything that lead to Back pain ...I have observed Backpain several times while studying ...past 2 days I am only lying down and sitting for very few times ...Sir What to do now the pain is not that much but I think after sitting it may again lead plz Respond!

The pain is due to muscle spasm caused by overuse/improper posture/ no back support.
Next Steps
Use Lumbosacral brace for back support. Do not bend forward. Apply pain relief spray. Apply warm water bags. Take Tab Flexon MR 2 times a day after food for 3 days. Video consult with me if you have any further questions or if problem continues even after following this advice.

Needs to see posture. Back issues in so young age is mostly due to poor posture and non exercises. Start then and use proper desk and back support chair. If no improvement then consult
