Hello doctor I'm experiencing a severe pain in my right ear and a slight swelling besides the ear ... Pain radiating till my jaw ...pain shoots heavily when I lie down ...slight headache too . Any medications?

It's middle ear inflammatory reaction. Tab ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for five days. Augmentin duo 625 three times a day after food for seven to ten days. MONTEK LC ONE at night for five days. Otek AC ear drops three times a day two drops in both ear.. For now go with Inj diclofenac one ample INTRAMUSCULAR in GLUTEAL region followed by REST.
