Is there any pain or restriction of movements currently? Any previous history of injury? Xray report does not seem to be worrisome. Kindly share the image if possible.

No it's an old finding in an xray. May or may not be a fracture too. If no pain is there you can ignore this

Kindly provide some history Is there any history of trauma/ fall down Reason of getting x ray done

It means there has been a doubtful hip fracture previously and there is arthritis now because of the fracture
