Shoulder pain radiating to right side of chest can be due to various causes like musculoskeletal, Rotator cuff problem, even angina can present atypically .Even nerve compressions can cause such problems. It might be due to muscle spasms. Kindly take tab. Flexon MR  twice a day for 3ays. than review.
