As all your test are normal , so there is very low chance of pain due to cardiac cause. There must be some other causes i.e muscle pain , gastric problem , or vit d deficiency .

The pain in your heart cannot be heart pain
It can be due to gastric ulcer
Do you have regurgitation?
Do you have nausea (vomiting sensation)
Do you have abdominal discomfort after food intake?
Do you have the habit of drinking more coffee or tea?
Do you have the habit of skipping meals?
These can cause gastric ulcer
