Regarding Ashwagandha powder

Hi Doctor, I want to use Ashwagandha powder once in day. How can I use it and how many days it need to be taken. Basically I am having low sperm count issue. Some friends suggested to use. Is it really safe to use or any side effects. Else if I can use any. Please advise.

Ashwaganda churna 1tsf  with dhatupaustiki churna 1tsf  with ½glass of hot Water is safe for you , If sparm count is very low then YOU can also take tab.sparmocot 2BD kauch pak 2tsf with milk .

You can take one tsp powder along with the luke warm water or milk at bed time. Or choose count plus Granules one tsp along with luke warm milk, once or twice daily. Consult me online through this platform for further guidance and treatment.

Better u opt for Ashwagandhadi Choorn which is more effective than plain Ashwagandhadi Choorn Dose: 1 TSP with milk for 3 months

Aswagandh choornam is a safe medicine. You may take one teaspoon mixed with half glass warm milk at bed time. But the more effective if you consult with me. Still you may take the medicine for one month and see reports. Consult  with both the reports.
