Ashwagandha does help in rejuvination of body but is not a drug of choice for fertility! Consuming this alone will not make yoh concieve! There are many medicines in ayurveda which improves fertility but it depends on the body type, occupation, age, sex, symptoms, history and diet lifestyle of the patient that which medicine should be appropriate for you ! Hence proper case taking is necessary! Take consultation first...explain your queries...and get treatment with diet plan

2 months is a short span to worry about not conceiving. Ashwagandha if taken will not harm you in anyway but it alone will not support your fertility. For a successful conception, tracking your ovulation period is very important because the only chances to conceive is by  being in sexual contact during this period which are  called fertile days . First make sure your periods are regular. If they are regular, track your ovulation time and try consistently from 3-4 days before ovulation to 3-4 days after ovulation without using protection. Try for 6 months to 1 year in these fertile days every month. You will surely conceive within this time period if you don't have any underlying issues/hormonal imbalances. Even after that if you are not conceiving then you may need evaluation from a doctor/expert. Check out your husband's seminal analysis also. If your periods are irregular, pls get it evaluated and work on it. Later try for pregnancy you will get results. Managing your stress levels also plays a major role in fertility. Thank you, wish you good news soon!!

Try for at least 6 months regularly, nothing wrong in using aswagandha, but there are better options.
