Hi my weight is 73kg and height 5'5" I want to reduce 5 to 6 kg weight in a 6 month as well as  maintain my body muscle please suggest me diet and tips for making this process

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
