Hello, based on the image and your description, these small red or pink bumps on the tongue could be due to a variety of reasons, including irritation, minor trauma, or an inflammatory response. They are often benign, but persistent lesions can sometimes indicate underlying conditions, such as glossitis, canker sores, or vitamin deficiencies. Since you've noticed a new red bump, it’s advisable to monitor it for any changes in size, color, or pain. For now, I recommend taking vitamin supplements, maintaining good oral hygiene, and avoiding spicy or acidic foods that may irritate the area. If the lesion persists or grows, it would be best to have a thorough examination to rule out any potential issues. For a detailed evaluation and personalized treatment plan, feel free to reach out to me on WhatsApp at eight-zero-zero-nine-eight-two-one-three-three-two . I’d be happy to assist you further.
