Half cup curd 1glasswater mix in a mixer u get butter milk add jeera powder black salt chaatmasala sugar . only in2mins uget buttermilk better than online.add ingredients of ur choice.

Always use freshly prepared buttermilk  in this condition.  Avoid taking  curd or milk as it can add to your problem.  Also use boiled water or water I fused with appropriate herbs for drinking.
