Is it ok to take heavy protein like 200gm per day for life long ? Will it cause any issue ? In kidney or otherwise?

First check required protein per day  example if your under weight or weight loss go with high protein 1.2 grams to 1.5 grams /kg body weight that is enough. Don't take 200grams of protein per day it's harmful to your health
