Pain in stomach after eating

I am getting pain and burning, gas  in stomach after eating and it lasts for 3-5 hours. The pain is very bad. Doctor gave me some antacid and librax tab ..I felt better for 2 days but now pain has come again what should I do ? Please help

nexproRd40 one in empty stomach for two weeks. RIFAXIMINE 500 two times a day after food for two weeks. MUCAIN GEL 10 ml without water nothing by mouth till 30 minutes three times a day. Eat less, avoid spicy food fast food, junk food outside food. Home made food is best. SO CHANGE LIFE STYLE N DIET PLAN DRASTICALLY.
