What to do if you feel muscle pain in right side of chest while doing activities like jumping, bending and heavy lifting. Only felt muscle pain nothing is related to breathing or any other symptoms.

Hello sir This may be sprain of your chest or shoulder muscles please try stretches for chest and shoulder muscles. Do cold formentation 2-3 times in a day

It could be any recent muscle sprain on chest . Whenever you do heavy workout it will affect you for sure so as per my opinion you should do hot pack or consult nearest physio.
