It might be due to low Vit D and high TSH. Take consultation for proper medications for the same. Along with that, I would highly suggest you to try physiotherapy. With proper exercise and diet chronic pains will reduce and even vanish forever. Yes, it may take a month or so to properly adapt to exercises and for 1st and 2nd week it might seem increase but in long run it will be beneficial for you

Instead of MRI you should have gone for Calcium, Magnesium, Vit D3, multivitamin supplements. At the age of 29 years we don't expect any serious neurological problem unless you have met with some accident which led to injury to the spine.

Hello, I understand that you are experiencing continuous leg pain and occasional lower back pain, despite a normal MRI result. Your Vitamin D level is quite low at 16, which can often lead to muscle pain and fatigue. Low Vitamin D can affect calcium absorption, which is essential for muscle and bone health, and may be contributing to your symptoms. A TSH level of 4.8 suggests that your thyroid function is on the higher side of normal, but it’s essential to monitor and potentially investigate further, as subclinical hypothyroidism can sometimes manifest with muscle pain and fatigue. For Vitamin D deficiency, I recommend Vitamin D3 supplementation, such as 60,000 IU weekly for 8 weeks, followed by a maintenance dose as per your doctor’s advice. It’s also helpful to include foods rich in calcium and vitamin D and ensure some sun exposure for natural vitamin D synthesis. It's important to assess for other nutritional deficiencies and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your symptoms. I would suggest a comprehensive evaluation to determine the root cause and tailor a long-term treatment plan. Feel free to consult me for a more detailed assessment and personalized treatment plan. You can reach me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two. Take care and look forward to helping you feel better.
