Pain in left inner thigh

2021-04-07 13:39:01
From 2 months I'm having difficulty to move my left leg sideways or to simply describe it , when I try to sit cross-legged , I feel pain in my left thigh or any type of action involving  me moving my leg side ways. I found out that it's called abductor muscle . What should I do, whenever I try to excercise which I found on internet for relief and recovery, the pain aggravates. It's happening since 1 January and I can't figure out the cause.

The first n foremost thing in treatment of any disease is diagnosis and for that we need to know the symptoms which u are telling but the signs are picked up by the doctor along with investigations if required to arrive at a diagnosis.  Then  a treatment plan is designed to relieve agony that patient is suffering from.
Next Steps
Visit a Physiotherapy clinic nearest to you. Else consult online by video.
Health Tips
Take Rest, use ice n pain killers if pain is too much.
