Pain at the last teeth
I am having pain at the last teeth please check the image and let me know what it could be
It's so painfull when I touch my tounge over there
Without touch pain is very mild

The reason is 3rd molars/wisdom tooth. The particular gum region is coming in between your bite or it has arised due to hitting of upper last molar in the lower gum region.
Kindly get it evaluated clinically at the dentist's followed by a check for pocket formation due to lower wisdom tooth as well. And also x rays and bite check.
Till then saline lukewarm water gargles or ointment for this gum region will be helpful.

The last wisdom tooth is decayed, partially erupted with infection of the overlying gum.
Treatment is removal of the wisdom tooth after radiographic examination.

The gums near the wisdom tooth seem to be inflamed and the reason for pain.
Inflammation could be due to multiple reasons including wisdom tooth eruption, food lodgement, decay, upper wisdom teeth grazing the lower gums.

This is wisdom teeth & it's surrounding tissue.. there is food lodgement... So swelling & redness..

Do warm saline mouth rinse .. the swelling will disappear .. can use Metrohex plus gel at the gum around the tooth to reduce redness

use dresin mouth rinse twice a day till infection subsides.. if difficulties in swallowing or swelling appear have antibiotics & pain killer.. make sure there is not any food stuck after meal

The picture you show is the wisdom tooth which is causing you a pain and its decayed and its infected, thats the reason you are countering pain right now.

i would suggest you to go for removal of that specific tooth is that you might not even able to maintain that specific tooth via normal brushing.

On looking at the picture, it appears like your Gums in that region are inflamed.
Either you are biting on the gums
Or
Deep cleaning is required to remove the inflammation causing agents.
Or
There are clinically visible caries that need a radiographic examination from which we can arrive at the final diagnosis.
