It may be either plantar fascitis or Calceneal spur. That can be confirmed with a simple X-Ray. In both the cases 1st priority is to reduce the pain.

Take to bucket, one with warm water and other one with Ice water. firstly deep your foot in warm water for 5 mins then deep in ice water for 5 mins, repeat this process 2 times, means (5 +5mins) + (5 + 5 mins). Do this twice a day for 7 to 10 days.
2. Use silicone insole on your shoes an chapels.
3. stop barefoot walking.
