Pain indicates u need treatment

if the pain is only on taking hot and cold it could be sensitivity because of loss of enamel because of abrasion or even caries. if the pain is without any stimulation then you may require to show it to dentist

dear patient. your problem could be either due cavity or periodontal problem. needs clinical and radiogdaphic examination for accurate diagnosis.

Lower premolar pain could be of pocket(loosning of gums because of deposition), if there is no food lodgement complain. Upper tooth sensitivity have various reason. Needs to be examine clinically.

Pain in lower tooth could be radiating pain. Seems like upper tooth has a deep decay.
