I have been working out for last 2 years and from last 6 to 7 months to boost by protein intake i have started eating 5 to 6 eggs daily including egg yolk.
Considering the amount of cholesterol in egg yolk is it safe to eat so much eggs daily.
No so much of white is also not good what kind of job u have it's too high cholesterol will definitely increase also protein for normal person can be high.consult me on rekhadadu@gmail.com
