Feeling like your brain has slowed down or that you’ve overusedit usually isn’t due to actual brain damage. What’s happening is likely mental burnout, not brain decline. With therapy, relaxation, healthy sleep, exercise, and balanced nutrition, serotonin levels and mental clarity can return to normal. You haven’t ruined your brain it’s just overwhelmed and needs rest, structure, and care to reset.
