Night time bruxism

I have been suffering from night time bruxism since last 1 yr or so . Are there any treatments to cure this problem . Will mouthguards help me with this ? Suggest if any.

Night guards / mouth guards surely help you with this condition it also helpsto reduce  further damage to your teeth  because bruxism slowly  causes wear of tooth surfaces which leads  senstivity and pain in tooth
