It is safe to study whole night sleep during day I am student Soo. It will effect my health or not

It's ok everyone does that but it's not adviced as it hampers with circadian rhythm and leads to soo many health effects in longer term

No.Night time sleep is very much essential.If not your circadian rhythm will collapse.U may get many hormonal issues and dark circles around eyes
