1. Change your pillow (TO A LOWER HEIGHT / SOFT / SHOULD SUPPORT ONLY NECK REGION (you can also roll a tower or an over sheet))
2. Don't move your head unnecessarily.
3. Try for 30 seconds rest/ lie down on a cylindrical cushion. (cushion should be aligned to your spine parallelly).
4. Don't work on screens which require you to bend your neck.
