I have got severe neck pain since last 2 days In past i was diagnosed with cervical spondylitis I have stiff neck and unable to change the postures

You need analgesics like Diclofenac sodium if there are no contraindications plus muscle relaxant for a few days .You can apply a hot water bag over the stiff muscles 2 or 3 times a day.Use proper sized pillow Avoid exposure to air-conditioning .In case of sign worsening stiffness physiotherapy will help .
