Muscle pull not healed for more than a y
My friend is 21 years old. He got a muscle pull while dancing last year. His disc was also misplaced. It is more than a year but he is not completely healed. He says he has recovered 80% . Can he recover completely? If yes how much time will it take?

U r talking about ur friend first of all how can u say he healed 80% this kind of question first should be avoided and come clearly with the problem first let the person who is affected tell about his condition what happened to him actually and what kind of treatment he took don’t ever consider this platform as a mere joke.
