Pulled muscle
I started doing pushups for like a week, did more than i should have per day probably, coz the other day when i try to reach something with my hand far away(on the table for example) a muscle on armpit hurts, something like a burning feeling. I dont feel any pain while doing regular daily stuff, only when i do that specific position it hurts. What do i do to recover the muscle correctly? coz I worry if i dont do some easy stretch on the muscle it will recover badly and it will remain like that.

Hi.. You strained your last muscle in your workout..we call this as DOMS Nothing to worry..burning and pain in your muscle is a response of stiffness that is being stretched. I recommend you to do frequent icing... Do a light warm up exercise and gently stretch the lats... If you somebody to help you..you can have it knead gently.... It should get recovered in 3 days.. Hope this is helpful for you Revert back in case you need any further clarification...
