Is it safe to take multivitamins without consultation and without having any deficiency? I workout and sometimes follow strict diet.

No you should never follow any medication blindly. How do you know you have any deficiency? Have you done any Blood workup? Always consult and expert like a physician or dietitian before taking any medication on your own .

Hi, thank you for your enquiry. Yes, it is safe to consume multivitamin. Beside that following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of  first class proteins, reduced carbohydrates  & healthy fats along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Totally depends, while some vitamins will not accumulate in your body others would. so, depends on what kind of a supplement you take.
